People rarely come to this work because life is simple.
Most people I support are thoughtful, caring, capable people navigating change while carrying more than most people realise.
They are often supporting others, managing competing priorities, making difficult decisions, or quietly wondering why life suddenly feels harder than it used to.
My work combines self-leadership, life design principles, adaptive coaching, reflective practice, and practical tools — because people are complex.
My approach is reflective, strategic, adaptive, and grounded in real life: creating space for honest conversations, meaningful movement, and support that fits who you are and how you work.
You do not need someone to take over your life.
Sometimes you need space, support, and structure while learning to trust yourself again.

Ascension is not therapy. It is reflective, strategic support designed to help you navigate change, strengthen self-trust and move forward with more clarity and intention.
You do not need perfect clarity before starting. Many people arrive knowing something feels off, stuck, uncertain, or unsustainable — and we work from there.
Self-awareness is useful. It is not always enough.
Many thoughtful, capable people know why they feel stuck. The work is often creating safety, strategy, and movement around what comes next.
Ascension tends to work best for people navigating change, uncertainty, identity shifts, decision fatigue, or a growing sense that the way things have been working no longer fits.
It is designed for thoughtful people who are ready for honest reflection, practical support, and intentional action.
If you are looking for quick fixes or rigid formulas, this may not be the right fit.
This work is designed to fit real life.
Ascension runs over 8 weeks with weekly sessions. Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, with 90 minutes allocated to allow space for deeper work when needed.
This is structured support, but the process adapts to your pace, capacity, processing style, and what life looks like while you are moving through change.
You do not need perfect routines, endless spare hours, or ideal circumstances to begin.
Booking a conversation is designed to be simple.
Step 1: Answer a few short questions
You will be asked a small number of questions so I can understand what feels most important right now and prepare for our conversation.
Step 2: Choose a date and time
Select a time directly through the booking system.
You will also be asked for your location and time zone so I can coordinate sessions accurately across countries and avoid confusion.
Step 3: Join your Strategic Clarity Session
Your Strategic Clarity Session is typically 25–30 minutes.
This is a focused conversation designed to explore:
• what is happening right now
• where you feel stuck, stretched, or uncertain
• what feels most important
• what support or next steps may help
You do not need perfect words or complete clarity before booking.
The purpose of the conversation is to create more of that together.
A few extra things to know:
• If I need clarification beforehand, I may reach out before our conversation.
• Occasionally conversations need a little more space. If extra time feels helpful and we both have availability, we can extend the conversation together in the moment.
• This is not a pressure-based sales call. My role is to understand what support fits best — and be honest if I do not believe I am the right fit.
